Visit Brownsville May 7-8 for the annual Carriage Me Back event! It's a historical drama, acted out all over town. Be transported back in time as you ride a horse-drawn wagon, visit the Moyer House museum, and watch scenes performed by actors in period dress. Pioneer Picnic Dam Run

The Pioneer Picnic Dam Run is part of the Linn County Pioneer Picnic weekend, and also falls on Father's Day.  This is a great activity to share with your dads or kids! Brownsville Easter Egg Hunt

The Brownsville American Legion is hosting this year's Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15th, at 1:00 p.m. in the Brownsville Pioneer Park. Participants should bring their own baskets and there will be prizes for all kids in the hunt, as well as similar age-groups (so the big kids don't mow down the toddlers).
